Returns

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery for unworn items in original condition.

Customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless item arrives damaged.

Non-Returnable Items

Due to the handmade and hygienic nature of our products, the following are non-returnable:

• Custom or personalized pieces

• Earrings (for hygiene reasons)

• Sale or clearance items

• Worn or damaged items

Damaged Items

If your item arrives damaged:

Email us within 48 hours of delivery

Include photos of packaging and item.

We will repair, replace, or refund if damage occurred during shipping.

Refunds

Once return is received and inspected, refunds will be issued to original payment method.

Shipping costs are non-refundable.
